Meet the Staff

Nicole, Office Manager
Nicole grew up in Aberdeen, South Dakota and moved to Sioux Falls in the fall of 1990. She has been working at the Dental Comfort Center since 1996. Helping people and building relationships with our patients is her favorite part of dentistry. Nicole takes pride in helping patients further understand their dental insurance benefits. Nicole has one daughter, Jordyn, and one son, Carson; they keep her very busy outside of work. She enjoys biking, shopping, going to movies and going to her children activities.

Rebecca, Front Desk
After coaching gymnastics for nine years my body decided it was time for a change of pace. I started working for Dr Graber and Dr Aadland in April of 2007. For the last two and a half years this has given me the opportunity to work with a variety of interesting and diverse people, both patients and staff.
I was transplanted here from California five years ago to live closer to family. I truly enjoy the variety of activities Sioux Falls and the surrounding areas have to offer. Since the weather here is only favorable for outside play three months out of the year, I like to kayak, swim and hike as much as possible.

Yvonne, Dental Hygienist
Yvonne grew up in the Central Valley of California and moved to Sioux Falls in the winter of 1994. She has been practicing dental hygiene for the past 21 years and is a member of the ADHA. Her first four years of practice were spent working in a periodontal practice, where she gained valuable knowledge about diagnosing and treating periodontal disease. She then moved to Sioux Falls and has been working at Dental Comfort Center for the past 17 years. She enjoys working with the team here that is dedicated to quality care. Yvonne and her husband have 4 children. She enjoys running, biking, and swimming.

Julie, Dental Hygienist
I graduated from the University of South Dakota in 1996, and have worked for Dr. Graber for eight of those 13 years. I feel fortunate to work for someone I respect as a doctor and a person. He is compassionate and strives to do the highest quality dentistry possible. I enjoy getting to know my patients and their families. I think having fun is important, even at the dentist.
I grew up in Watertown. My husband and I have one son and a dog. In my spare time I enjoy traveling, baking, and attending my nephews' sporting events.

Alicia, Dental Hygienist
I have worked in the field of dentistry since graduating from the Dental Hygiene Program at Argosy University, (Egan, MN) in May of 2008. I joined the Dental Comfort Center team in December of 2008 and really enjoy working here because of conservative approach to treatment, as well as our thorough explanation of treatment needs we provide each patient. My favorite thing about the practice of dentistry is the prevention and intervention of dental diseases, and I love educating patients about the benefits of good oral hygiene and seeing the improvement of their oral health when they change their homecare habits.
My husband, Matthew, and I live in Sioux Falls with two dogs and three cats. My non-work activities include watching movies, spending time with family, playing with my new puppies, and when the opportunity arises, I like to play softball and volleyball.

Gail, Dental Assistant
I have been working in this office for 34 years. Dr Graber said, “I came with the building”. I started working here right after graduating from Lake Area in Watertown. I enjoy working with people and being able to help them with their dental needs. I have been with Dr Graber since he started in this office 30 years ago. When we first started working together I assisted and worked at the front desk. I enjoy working with him because he is so gentle, caring and understanding with all the patients. I live in Hartford with my husband, Kerry. We have three grown boys. I enjoy being outdoors, gardening, and crafts. We also help on the family farm.
Andee, Dental Assistant
I have been assisting Dr. Aadland since January of 2007. It is rewarding working with such compassionate doctors and staff. I really enjoy working with and getting to know all of our patients. I have seen many of our patients come in on their first visit with a fear of dentists, and leave feeling comfortable enough to come back and get any work done that is needed.
In my time away from the office I coach gymnastics at All American Gymnastics Academy, helping with the competitive team for the last 6 years. I enjoy spending my free time shopping and being with my family and friends.
Carly, Dental Assistant
I grew up on a small acreage in rural Wentworth, South Dakota. I attended Chester Area High School where I was very active in sports and extracurricular activities. I graduated in 2010 and then attended Lake Area Technical Institute where I completed my Dental Assisting Education. I was fortunate enough to get a job right out of school with Dental Comfort Center. In my time being here they have made me feel very welcome and I have had the privilege of working with very knowledgeable, caring individuals and are great at what they do. They have taught me more about the field of dentistry. I really enjoy getting to know all the great patients here!
In my spare time I enjoy shopping, wake boarding, playing sports when I get the chance, and spending time with family. I am also happy to call Sioux Falls my new home.
Michelle, Dental Hygienist
I grew up in Southern CA and NV and moved to South Dakota in the winter of 1993. I learned what a real winter was right away! I graduated from the University of South Dakota-Dental Hygiene in 1998, and kept going until I graduated with my
Bachelors Degree in 2000.
I really enjoy working with the team here; they are friendly, helpful, and quality-driven. The professionalism of everyone and relaxed atmosphere is also very nice to be around. I enjoy getting to know patients of all ages and helping them to feel at ease during their dental visit. I also enjoy a little humor along the way. Helping patients improve the health of their smile is really rewarding and the best part is seeing them excited to come back.
My husband and I have two children and when I’m not working my favorite thing is hanging out with my family. My other favorite things are hiking/biking, boating, cooking, reading, watching movies, playing in the snow, getting together with friends, and Minnesota Twins games.
